Middleton Rd is a 6 bed HMO , it has 2 flats and 4 bedsits . The property is currently nearing the end of refurbishment, it was agreed on a 3 year Purchase Lease Option ( a strategy we often use) from letters sent out to vendor direct.
The Post Office was a commercial property with 3 beds above, we have renovated it to convert to a 3 bed end of terrace, it is also nearing completion, it was agreed on an assisted sale basis ( which is yet another strategy we use) this involves carrying and paying out for conversion work, the property is then sold to pay the vendor for the property and cover the various costs of conversion, leaving us with a healthy profit.
Waterpump Court is a 6 bed HMO which is owned by the company and let out on a rent to rent basis ( another strategy) The property was bought, refurbished and let out to 6 tenants, it is managed by local agent who pays us guaranteed rent.

Mark McAleenan
Mark’s experience is in over 40 years of sales in packaging, from working with large UK companies to running his own business for many years importing presentation packaging from the Far East directly, this involved great attention to detail and having systems in place, systems which have become transferable to his current status, creating an extremely successful company Macaylor Property Solutions with his wife Christine.

Christine McAleenan
Christine’s experience is also implementing systems but more from an Accounting perspective, she has worked as Finance Manager for companies in the UK also accounting on a self employed basis. Christine has remarkable attention to detail which is paramount in finding the “next” project.
They are both members of the Pin Network Community, they invested heavily in their education, completing Mastermind Accelerator ( a 3 day intensive course on property) also they went on to complete the 12 month training programme called Mastermind, where they learned the many strategies that are now available in their toolkit, Christine and Mark also host a very successful network meeting in Northampton, held monthly, where like minded individuals get together and network, arming themselves with all the latest information in the property market.
Christine and Mark have built around them a powerful team to be able to conduct their business, building professionals, legal experts, knowledgeable open market brokers and many other experts in the world of property investing.
